As teachers we are involve in several activities related to learners assessment, and responsible for producing informal and formal assessment for our own classes. Also teachers include different phases of the process such as: planninig, development, administration, analysis, feedback, and reflection.
Whenever you make a plan, you consider the skills that are going to be develop in class and the way teachers wants´to address them, in order to achieve the objectives, the development of the plan has to fullfil the necessary activities and tasks to guide them to learning experiences. Administering a test will be the way in which students reflect the accuared knowledge, it´s mandatory for teachers to analyze the evaluation that students were submited in order to give them feedback according to their errors and mistakes; this step is crucial in students learnig process to lead them to reflection of the objective learned in class.
